Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026

Maveleaf ("we", "us") is a small creator studio based in Bengaluru, India. It runs the website maveleaf.com, the Maveleaf Folio digital-product shop, and Channel Studio, an internal tool that prepares videos and publishes them to Maveleaf's own YouTube channels. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Website visitors

maveleaf.com is a static site. It sets no cookies, has no sign-in, and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site. When you email us, we use your address and message only to reply.

2. Purchases

Digital products are sold through Gumroad. Gumroad processes your payment and contact details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email and order details so we can deliver the product and give support. We never see your full card details.

3. Channel Studio and Google / YouTube user data

Channel Studio uses the YouTube API Services. It is used only by Maveleaf to manage Maveleaf's own YouTube channels. It is not offered to the public.

When the channel owner signs in with Google, Channel Studio requests these permissions:

What we access: the authorised channel's ID and title, its video and playlist metadata, and the OAuth tokens Google issues.

How we use it: only to upload and manage videos on that channel when the owner tells it to. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Storage: OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in Maveleaf's private workspace and are used only by Channel Studio. Video metadata is kept only as long as needed to run the publishing schedule.

Sharing: we do not share Google user data with any third party, except Google/YouTube itself as part of the API calls, or where the law requires it.

Limited Use: Channel Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access and deleting data: you can revoke Channel Studio's access at any time from your Google Account's third-party access page. When access is revoked, the stored tokens stop working and we delete them, along with any related metadata, within 30 days. You can also email us to ask for deletion sooner.

By using Channel Studio you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to data Google processes.

4. Social and print-on-demand stores

Our pages on YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, X, Redbubble and TeePublic are run by those platforms under their own policies.

5. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

6. Your rights and contact

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Write to hello@maveleaf.com and we will reply within 30 days. If this policy changes, we will update the date above.
