These terms apply to maveleaf.com, the digital products Maveleaf sells, and Channel Studio, our internal YouTube publishing tool. By using any of them you agree to these terms.

1. Digital products

Products are sold and delivered through Gumroad. Each purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product. You may not resell or redistribute the files themselves. Refunds follow the policy shown on each product page. If no policy is shown, you can ask for a refund within 14 days if the file is faulty or not as described.

2. Content

Maveleaf owns the text, designs, videos and templates on this site and in our products, unless we say otherwise. Our content is for general information and is not financial, legal or professional advice.

3. Channel Studio

Channel Studio uses YouTube API Services, and it is used only to manage Maveleaf's own YouTube channels. Anyone using it agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service. Data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time from your Google Account permissions.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or our products. That means no attempts to break, overload or scrape them, and no use of them to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.

5. Liability

Our services are provided "as is". As far as the law allows, Maveleaf is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

6. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have jurisdiction. If you have questions, write to hello@maveleaf.com.
